We traveled across the big pond to Ireland. Originally we were planning on going to Ireland for our own honeymoon, but it wasn’t in the cards for us at that time. We feel very privileged to be able to make the trip only a year after our wedding. Ireland had the most picturesque landscapes we have ever seen. We now see why it is referred to as the Emerald Isle- it is so GREEN! We rented a car and explored Northern Ireland on our own and then met up with a tour group to see the rest of the beautiful country. Driving on the left hand side of the road was a neat experience and took some getting used to. We drove past many farmlands, ruined castles, cattle, and sheep. The highlight of the trip for Casey was to actually hold a baby sheep… So fluffy! We are excited to provide you with a video of our travels. Since we did not haul any of our usual camera equipment (since we attempted to travel light), every scene was captured using a point-and-shoot camera. PHOTO GALLERY: CLICK HERE! |
